Renting Equipment
If you wish to rent products described on this website, you may be asked by us to supply certain data applicable for your rental, including, without limitation, credit card information and other personally identifiable data about you. You understand that any such personally identifiable data will be treated by us in the utmost respect and WILL NOT be re-distributed anywhere on this website or anywhere else on the web. Your personally identifiable data will be used only for the rental agreement that you will make with Rental Projectors, Inc. You agree that all data that you provide in your rental agreement(s) will be accurate, current, and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the rate(s) or price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your rental(s) rate(s).
 
Rental Periods
All of our rental equipment is rented out for specific rental periods that are requested by our customers for the specific amount of time they will need to use our rental equipment. We allow a twenty-four hour grace period after the end of your rental period for the equipment to be returned. This allows time for shipping complications or other unforeseen circumstances that may delay the return of the equipment without a customer being charged a late-fee. Please note that if your rental is not postmarked within this grace period, you will be charged the full daily rental rate for each day the equipment is not returned.
 
Damage Policy/Late Returns
Should an incident occur: damage, late fee, accident, loss, or theft be sure to notify Rental Projectors, Inc. immediately so the situation can be assessed accurately and efficiently. After the equipment has been signed for upon delivery, you are entirely responsible for the equipment during your entire requested rental period until the equipment is postmarked and in the hands of the shipping courier for return. If the equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen you will be held accountable to pay the full current retail price for the equipment that was under your care during your rental period. Make sure that upon receiving your equipment, immediately inspect the equipment thoroughly for any damage (no matter how minimal the damage may appear) and contact your Rental Agent as soon as possible to notify us about the damage to avoid complications with fault between you and the shipping service. Should the customer fail to return the equipment to Rental Projectors, Inc. immediately proceeding the rental end date that was on the rental contract, then the daily rate for every individual piece of equipment rented out will be charged until said equipment has been successfully returned to Rental Projectors, Inc.
 
Shipping Policy
After your order has been processed, it will ship to your desired location. Location addresses that are ideal to ship your rental equipment to include: business address, hotel address, convention center address, university address or home address. If you will not be available to receive your rental equipment in person at the time your equipment is expected to be delivered, then a dependable individual, at least 18 years of age, such as a hotel concierge, will be able to sign for and accept the delivery. A signature will be required upon receiving the rental equipment.  Excluding next day, overnight or rental orders that begin on Monday, your order will be scheduled to arrive one day prior to the beginning of your rental period. Rentals that begin on Monday will usually be scheduled to arrive on Friday afternoon or Monday morning. Next Day rental orders are typically delivered by 8:30 AM or 10:30 AM on the day that your rental period begins. If you have special delivery needs or emergency delivery needs please let us know as soon as possible by calling (800) 574-0212. Our equipment is purposely shipped to arrive a day prior to the beginning of your rental period as a courtesy to avoid delay in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances. This also gives you time to ensure that everything is as it should be with your rental equipment and any troubleshooting that may be needed is completed well-before you need to use it for your event. Even though you will normally receive your equipment a day prior to your rental period, charges will not apply until the specific day your rental period begins.  Our orders are processed every business day (Monday through Friday). Orders that are submitted online or by phone after 6:00 PM ET will be processed immediately the following business day.  We have a standard round-trip shipping rate of $29 that applies to orders placed at least three days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled rental date. After-hours shipping, overnight shipping, and certain cases of bulky equipment deliveries (such as projector screens) will cause different shipping rates to apply. Our rental equipment typically comes in customized shipping cases and is always to be returned through FedEx. There will always be a pre-paid shipping label included in your shipment for an easy return process. Before you return your equipment, be sure that all equipment and components are included and packaged correctly using the packing materials that came with your rental equipment. Your rental equipment must be given to FedEx on the final day of your rental period to ensure that the Rental Department receives the equipment on the expected return date. You can drop off your rental equipment at a secure FedEx Store, or you can schedule FedEx to pick-up the equipment at a business location ONLY.                                                                                                               
 
Cancellation Policy
After your order has been processed, all but 20% of your rental charges per your rental agreement will be reimbursed back to you.  If your order has been shipped, no refund will be processed.  Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to rent out these products once you have made a reservation.  Thank you for understanding this process.  LOCAL RENTALS:  NO REFUND AFTER PAYMENT PROCESSED IF WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RENTAL START DATE.  THANK YOU!
 
NO WARRANTIES
Rental Projectors, Inc. does not design or manufacture the equipment and is not the agent of the party(ies) that do. RENTAL PROJECTORS, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT, ITS DURABILITY, CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES ACCEPTANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT ON AN “AS IS, WHERE IS” BASIS. WITH “ALL FAULTS” AND WITHOUT ANY RECOURSE WHATSOEVER AGAINST ENCORE AV RENTALS, INC. CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND RELEASES ENCORE AV RENTALS, INC FROM ALL LIABILITIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, AND SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE EQUIPMENT, ITS OPERATION OR USE OR ANY DEFECT OR FAILURE THEREOF OR A BREACH OF RENTAL PROJECTORS, INC'S OBLIGATIONS HEREIN.
